Team & Retreat Facilitation

I design and facilitate team conversations and retreats based on your organization’s unique needs and context. This process includes:

  • Getting clear on purpose and outcomes: Why are we bringing together this group of people at this time? What are we trying to accomplish together?

  • Co-designing a values-aligned process: How are we moving together and making decisions?

  • Providing responsive and attuned facilitation: What is showing up in the space and how do we respond, integrate, or pivot? How do we make the implicit explicit?

  • Crafting recommendations and next steps: Where do we go from here? What is our first step?

With every engagement, I apply an equity lens, collaboratively designing processes that incorporate and center marginalized and underserved people and their perspectives. I also bring a coaching stance, supporting organizations to unlock context-specific solutions through deep listening and partnership. Through our work together, I support teams to be more authentic, impactful, and sustainable.
