I am a licensed Awaken workshop delivery partner, facilitating interactive, thought-provoking workshops that enable today's workforce to address tough diversity and inclusion, leadership, and culture questions head-on.

Custom Workshops

I am also available to design custom workshops based on your organization’s unique needs and context. Custom workshop design and delivery will include:

• Assessing organizational needs and existing knowledge;

• Clarifying purpose and outcomes;

• Developing curriculum, including identification of relevant frameworks, research, and case studies;

• Creating custom materials, including slide deck;

• Facilitating workshop for relevant audiences;

• Collecting and organizing feedback; and

• Crafting recommendations and next steps.

With every engagement, I apply an equity lens, collaboratively designing programs that incorporate and center marginalized and underserved people and their perspectives. I also bring a coaching stance, supporting organizations to unlock context-specific solutions through deep listening and partnership.
